Looking forward

  • Great Place to Work Survey roll-out. This insight will help us shape a schedule of activities for 2024 and raise awareness of wellbeing topics
  • Investing in our Mental health First Aiders (MHFA) We will continue to equip our MHFA team with the right skills and up-to-date knowledge and encourage them to take refresher training
  • Inspiring EPIICC Leaders management development programme. Our goal is to ensure our aspiring young people managers are supported at this critical early stage of their management career.
